Section 50AA(2) in The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation Act, 1981
(2)The State Government shall when they propose to take action under subsection (1), give the Mayor or Deputy Mayor concerned an opportunity for explanation, and the notification issued under the said sub-section shall contain a statement of the reasons of the State Government for the action taken.
