Cases under section 7 of the Bengal Wills and Intestacy Regulations, 1799. regarding the property of intestates, in which no claimant appears, and cases arising out of applications for the refund of lapsed deposits shall be treated as miscellaneous non-judicial cases and the records thereof shall be classed as C files and preserved for 12 years. The records of all other miscellaneous nonjudicial cases shall be destroyed at the end of three years from the date of disposal.
