Section 11(2)(i) in The Chanakya National Law University Act, 2006

(i)The General Council shall meet at least once in a year and annual meeting of the General Council shall be held on a date to be fixed by the Executive Council or by the Vice-Chancellor in consultation with the Chancellor;
