Section 285(3) in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961
(3)Whoever uses or employs any such whistle or trumpet as aforesaid, without or in contravention of any of the condition or after the withdrawal of such licence, shall be punishable with line which may extend to fifty rupees.
