Section 20 in The Bihar Panchayat Election Rules, 2006
20. Assistance of the officers and staff to be sought by District Election Officer.
- For the purpose of preparation of electoral roll, the District Election Officer may take assistance of such officers and staff posted in the State Government Offices, Public Undertakings of the State and Institutions getting financial aid from the State Government posted in the district and other places and whose services are made available to him.The District Election Officer may also take the assistance of the officers and staffs of the Central Government Offices or Central Public Undertakings or institutions getting financial aid from the Central Government with consent of the competent authority of such offices/public undertakings/institutions.
