Section 36 in Sri Malai Mahadeswaraswamy Kshethra Development Authority Act, 2013
36. Removal of difficulties.-
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, in consequences of the transition to the said provisions from the provisions of the Acts in force immediately before the commencement of this Act, the State Government may by notification, make such provisions as appear to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.(2)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by notification, make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the provisions of the Karnataka Hindu Religious Institutions and Charitable Endowments Act of 1997 (Karnataka Act 33 of 2001) as appears to it be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.(3)The provisions made by any notification under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) shall have effect as if enacted in this Act and any such notification may be made so as to be retrospective to any date not earlier than the appointed day.
