Section 17(4) in The Punjab School Education Board Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1978
(4)In any other case an employee shall not accept or permit any member of his family or any other person acting on his behalf to accept any gift without the sanction of the Chairman, if the value thereof exceeds :-(i)Rs. 75.00 in case of an employee holding any class 'I' or class 'II' post; and(ii)Rs. 25.00 in the case of an employee holding any class 'III' and class IV post.
