1 On instructions, the learned Advocate Mr. S.G. Chapalgaonkar
for the applicants/appellants-Insurance Company submits that the
applicants/appellants want to withdraw the application and, therefore, he has filed pursis in each of the matters. Since it is unconditional withdrawal, it is allowed.
2 As regards the amount, that has been deposited, if any, in view of the Award, that has been passed, in each of the matters, the amount be transmitted to the concerned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal for its disbursement according to the Award.
