Section 33 in Presidential And Vice-Presidential Elections Rules, 1952
33. Custody of ballot boxes and election papers.-
All ballot boxes used at the election and the packets of ballot and all other papers relating to the election shall, after the election, be kept in such custody as the Election Commission may direct.
