(3)Chairperson of the State Commission for the Protection of the Child Rights (SCPCR) shall head the Social Audit Authority and shall be responsible for executing the process of Social Audit as per the schedule notified by the Government and shall submit its report at the end of the year to the Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department.
