[20th July, 2012]Promulgated by the President in the Sixty-third Year of the Republic of India.A Regulation to provide for Panchayats in the Daman and Diu and for matters connected therewith.In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of article 240 of the Constitution, the President is pleased to promulgate the following Regulation made by her :
