(2)The Committee shall consist of -(i)the Vice-Chancellor - ex officio Chairman, and(ii)three persons having special knowledge of the subject or subjects in which instruction is being provided by the college or institution, of whom two shall be nominated by the Executive Council and one by the Academic Council, being persons not in the service of the University.
