Delay condoned.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who have approached this Court, are daily wagers seeking regularisation of their services and concurrent findings has been recorded by the learned Trial Court and confirmed by the learned District Judge in appeal, in their favour regarding their regularisation. But because of pendency of the second appeal preferred by the respondents, their legitimate claim could not be Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by Jayant Kumar Arora Date: 2022.11.30 redressed so far and the application filed at their behest for 11:35:45 IST Reason:

early disposal of the second appeal was dismissed by the High Court under the order impugned.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and are not inclined to interfere with the order impugned. The Special Leave Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, we consider it appropriate to observe that if a fresh application is filed seeking early disposal of the pending second appeal, the same may be considered sympathetically and if possible, may be decided on merits as early as possible. Pending interlocutory application(s) is/are disposed of.
