Section 14(v) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles (Producer of Gas) Rules, 1993
(v)where a part, bus stand or halting place or a part of a part, bus stand or halting place is set apart for vehicles fitted with producers, allow the vehicles to stop of remain stationary in any other part, bus stand, or halting place or other part thereof, as the case may be;
