Section 67 in The Delhi Co-operative Societies Rules, 2007
67. Condition for Loans and holding of share.
- Subject to the provisions of section 6 of the Act a member of a co-operative society or a member applying for a loan from the co-operative society shall hold shares not exceeding one tenth of total share capital or twenty thousands rupees whichever is less.
