Section 3(2) in Jammu and Kashmir Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2016
(2)Every application referred to in sub-rule (1) above shall be accompanied by fee as specified under sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Act, in the form of crossed bank draft or banker's cheque payable to the Controlling Authority, as under :-(a)Rs. 5000/- only, if the Agency is operating in one district ;(b)Rs. 10,000/- only, if the Agency is operating in more than one but up to five districts ;(c)Rs. 20,000/- only, if the Agency is operating in the whole State.
