Section 27(3) in Bombay Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(3)Where more employers than one are affected or under any of the provisions of this Act deemed to be affected and no association of employers is under sub-section (2) entitled to represent all of them, the representative determined in the prescribed manner shall be entitled to act as their representative.[(4) Where in any proceeding under this Act, an employer is represented by an association of employers, a registered agreement, settlement, submission or award to which such association is a party, shall be binding on such employer.
