Section 40(1) in Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development (General) Rules, 1995
(1)The appeal under section 82 shall be preferred in the form of a memoradum and shall be presented to the appellate authority either by the appellant himself or by his authorised agent specifying the following matters and also accompanied by the following documents, namely :-(i)the date of order appeal against along with a copy of such order;(ii)a clear statement of facts and the grounds in which the appeal is made;(iii)precisely their relief prayed for; and(iv)the following verification certificate duly signed by the applicant(s) :-"I/We______________ do hereby declare that the facts stated above are true to the best of my/our knowledge and belief."
