(3)The qualification of officers (other than the Director) shall be such as may be prescribed by the Government by rules made under this Act :Provided that till such rules are made, the qualification of officers (other than the Director) shall be governed by the rules notified by the Government in this regard before the commencement of Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 and such rulesshall be deemed to have been issued under the provisions of this Act.
