(5)Where in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (2) an association of employers represents any employers in any proceeding under this Act, it shall, at the earliest stage of the proceedings, furnish to the authority before whom it is held a list containing the names of the employers whom it represents.] [Sub-section (4) and (5) were inserted by Gujarat 8 of 1962, section 11 (ii).]
