Section 27(5) in Haryana Municipal Drainage and Sanitation Bye-laws, 1977
(5)No part of the water closet shall be directly connected with water supply distributing pipe. For flushing and cleaning of the pan, flushing cistern with suitable ball cock and of not less than 12 litres capacity shall be provided.
