On 6.7.2015 stay applications in these appeals were disposed of and for reasons recorded, the appellants were directed to pre-deposit Rs.10 lakhs within eight weeks and report compliance by 21.9.2015. No proof of pre-deposit has been furnished nor any report of compliance, as directed. In the circumstances, the appeals stand dismissed for failure of pre-deposit in terms of the order dated 6.7.2015 and in the light of default clause appended therein.
