11. Appeal from certain orders.
- Where an order specified in clause (h) of sub-section (1) of section 104 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908) is made by a Court of Small Causes, an appeal therefrom shall lie to the High Court.
