36. Notification of vacancies to the Special Employment Exchange/Cell.
(1)Vacancies in posts of a technical and scientific nature occurring in any establishment (both in State and District Cadre) in respect of which the State Government is the appropriate authority shall be notified to the Special Employment Exchanges/Cells as may be specified by the State Government by notification in Orissa Gazette in this behalf :Provided that a candidate belonging to the person with disability category may compete for unreserved posts. But no double benefit can be given to him/her.(2)Vacancies other than those specified in Sub-rule (1) shall be notified to the local Special Employment Exchange concerned.
