Section 36(1) in The Orissa Entertainment Tax Rules, 2006
(1)For the purpose of Section 19, the requisition for certificate shall be issued by the Commissioner, to the Collector having jurisdiction for recovery of the tax and arrears as per the provisions of the Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1962.
