Section 15 in The Karnataka Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and supply) Act, 2013
15. Protection of acts done in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against Government or any Officer or Official for anything which is done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of any provisions of this Act or any rule or order made there under.
