(3)The Government may, by notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, direct that, on and from a date to be specified in the notification, the provisions of Sub-sections (1) and (2) with respect to conservancy workers shall apply also to any specified class of municipal employees whose functions intimately concern the public health or safety.
