Section 4(4)(iii) in Telangana Exhibition of Films On Television Screen Through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Act, 1993

(iii)A record shall be maintained by every licensee showing the details of all video cassettes, [VCDs or DVDs] [Inserted by Act No.13 of 2005.] required by him from time to time and the said record shall be produced [to any Police Officer not below the rank of a Sub-Inspector] [Substituted by Act No.14 of 2011.] on demand.
