Section 15(1) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984
(1)The High Court Legal Aid Committee and other Legal Aid Committee shall in the first instance endeavour to arrange for an eligible person entitled to legal aid the services of a lawyer without payment of any fee to him.
