Section 3(2) in Rajasthan Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2006
(2)Subject to sub-rules (3) to (5), no person shall transport or carry away any mineral from any place without obtaining a transit pass from the Mining Engineer or Assistant Mining Engineer concerned.
