Section 78(5) in Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009
(5)If the amount payable by the allottee, in case of re-calculation of price under sub-regulation (3) of regulation 76 is not paid till the expiry of lock-in period, the equity shares shall continue to be locked in fill such amount is paid by the allottee.
