Section 24(2) in Uttaranchal Judicial Service Rules, 2005
(2)After coming into force of these rules, the inter-se seniority of the officers appointed under these rules, shall be determined in accordance with the year of recruitment and position of merit as shown in the list prepared and forwarded for appointment under sub-rule (20).
