13. Furnishing ofsecurity in case of departmental fee collection
.Every Fee Inspector or the Sectional Officer/Junior Engineer-in-charge shall deposit a cash securityof not less than rupees 1,000 by executing a security bond in the prescribedform as laid down in the Treasury Rules with the concerned Executive Engineeror the concerned officer of equivalent rank in any other department.Form `A'[See rule 7(1)]R.
