A short reply by way of affidavit of Sanjay Bansal, IFS, Conservator of Forests, Ferozepur Circle, Ferozepur is taken on record. A copy of the same is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is substantially compliance of the order of this Court. However, he seeks liberty to avail the remedies in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
Rule issued against the respondents is discharged.
