        petitioner.

        respondent­State.

This is an application under Section 439 of the Code  of   Criminal   Procedure   for   grant   of   bail   to   petitioner   for  offences   registered   under   Sections   420,   467,   468   and  468/34  of the IPC in connection with Crime No. 83/2014 at  Police Station Amarpatan District Satna.  

According   to   prosecution,   on   21.2.2014   Rahul  Dwivedi lodged a report making allegations that petitioner  dishonestly received Rs. 3.50 lacs from him ensuring a job in  defence.  

Learned   counsel   for   the   petitioner   submits   that  transaction was based with the relatives of the complainant  regarding   some   other   matters.     However,   under   protest  petitioner is keen and willing to refund the amount of Rs.  3.50 lacs to the complainant by way of depositing in the trial  Court subject to final decision. 

Learned Panel Lawyer for the State submits that  seven  other   cases   are   also   pending   of   this   nature   against   the  petitioner.

In response, learned counsel for the petitioner submits  that in all other cases petitioner has been released on bail  and none of the case he has been convicted so far.  He is in  custody since 27.6.2014.  

On due consideration of the facts and circumstances of  the   case,   I   deem   it   proper   to   grant   bail   to   the   petitioner.  Petitioner  Daya   Shanker   Sharma   @   S.K.Singh  shall   be  released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in a sum  of  Rs.   30,000/­      with   surety   in   the   like   amount   to   the  satisfaction of trial Court for his appearance in trial Court on  dates to be fixed by that Court during trial.   This bail shall  continue during the pendency of the trial. In the event of  jumping   the   bail,   this   facility   will   be   withdrawn   from  petitioner. Provisions of Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C. shall apply  to the petitioner.
