Section 3F(1) in The Assam Agricultural Produce Market Act, 1972
(1)The Accounts of the Board shall be audited every year by the Director of Audit (Local Fund), Assam or in whatever name he may be called or any officer authorised by him. The Board shall be deemed to be a Local Authority for this purpose.
