77. Court-fees.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the Court-fees Act, 1870, every application or appeal made under this Act to the Mamlatdar, Tribunal, Collector or [Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal] [These words were substituted for the words 'Divisional Commissioner' by the Maharashtra 23 of 2007 (w.e.f. 1-8-2007).] shall bear a court-fee stamp of such value as may be prescribed.
