Section 25(1) in The Haryana and Punjab Agricultural Universities Act, 1970
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, Experiment Stations shall be established under each corresponding University, which shall be responsible for research, both fundamental and applied, and research activities shall be concentrated as far as possible at the Central Research Stations and other Regional Research and Testing Stations in the different agro-climatic zones of the State.
