(xl)to make provisions for pension, insurance, provident fund and gratuity for the benefit of the academic, technical, administrative, ministerial and other staff, in such manner and subject to the relevant laws in force and to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Regulations, as it may deem fit and to make such grants as it may think fit for the benefit of any employees of the University and to aid in establishment and support of the association, institutions, funds, trusts and conveyance calculated to benefit the staff the students of the University;
