Section 13(1) in Assam State Capital Region Development Authority Act, 2017
(1)Before preparing any Regional Plan, finally, the Authority shall prepare with the assistance of the Committee, a Regional Plan in draft and publish it by making a copy thereof available for inspection and publishing a notice in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed Inviting objections and suggestions from any person with respect to the draft Regional Plan before such date as may be specified m the notice.
