Section 123(2) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008
(2)Periods of work of such excavation or tunnelling work, in such building workers are employed, shall be maintained in a register on day to day basis and such register shall be produced on demand to the Inspector having jurisdiction.
