/746G.S.R. 325(E), dated 29th March, 1985. - In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (r) to (t) and clauses (v) and (w) of section 58 of the Mines Act, 1952, the Central Government, after referring the said draft to the Mining Boards constituted under the said Act and after giving such Boards a reasonable opportunity of reporting as to the expediency of making the said rules and as to the suitability thereof as required by sub-section (4) of section 59 of the said Act hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
