(2)The procedures used for sampling air or emission from any chimney, fuel or duct, plant or vessel or any other sources and outlets, stationary or mobile, the instruments used for sampling and the methods of measuring air pollutants shall be such as may be approved by the Board to suit the situation.Chapter-VII
