Section 104(3) in Mizoram Cooperative Societies Act, 2006
(3)The Registrar or his subordinated officers or officers of co-operatives including co-operative banks and credit co-operatives authorized by Registrar as referred under sub-section (2), shall also have the power of execution of the decisions, awards and orders passed by themselves or arbitrators o r appellate tribunal.
