This petition has been filed by the petitioner-wife for transfer of M.C. No.26/2021 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Udupi, Karnataka to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai, Maharashtra, which is filed in the year 2018 although it was subsequently renumbered as M.C. No.26/2021.
The Transfer Petition has been moved belatedly. Petitioner seeks transfer of a case which was filed in the year 2018. Clearly the case is proceeding at Udupi since 2018. These proceedings should not be disrupted now after four years.
The transfer petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Signature Not Verified Pending application stands disposed of.
