Section 2(e) in Orissa Administrative Tribunal (Contempt of Courts) Rules, 1998
(e)"Registrar" means Registrar of the Orissa Administrative Tribunal or its Benches where the contempt proceedings are taken and shall include Deputy Registrar and the Section Officer authorised to discharge the functions of the Registrar ;
