Section 7 in The Jammu And Kashmir Public Safety Act, 1978
7. Removal of doubts.-
For the removal of doubts it is hereby declared that the restrictions imposed by section 6 on the rights conferred by clause (1) of Article 19 of the Constitution of India shall he deemed to be reasonable restrictions.
