Section 55(1) in The Bihar State Housing Board Act, 1982
(1)The Tribunal may, from time to time, with the previous sanction of the State Government, make Rules not repugnant to the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Act 5 of 1908) for the conduct of business by the Tribunal.
