Section 123(1) in The Gujarat Industrial Relations Act, 1946
(1)The [State] [This word was substituted for the word 'Provincial' by the Aadaptation of Laws order, 1950.] Government may by notification in the Official Gazette make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act.
