Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/appellant, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Central Bureau of Investigation and carefully perusing the material available on record, we see no reason to entertain the application seeking modification of this Court’s order dated 15­2­2018 to the extent of condition that during the period of bail, the applicant/appellant will stay in Pune (Maharashtra).

The Interlocutory Application is, accordingly, dismissed at this stage.
